If you request your money back, a 10% deposit charge will be applied.

Reservations can be modified for a smaller number of people, as long as there is availability for the reduced number of people. In case we can not make this change in your reservation:

Reservations may be modified for a smaller number of persons, provided that count on availability. In the event that such change can not be made, cancel it and the return of 100% of the deposit will be made.

Migration policy

By order of Migration Colombia, every foreigner at the time of his entry must present his passport and the Colombians their respective ID card, identity card or civil registry.

All children must carry an IC card.
