We do not have a set hotel schedule. Thus, people may enter from 8:00 am and enjoy all our facilities. Cabins are delivered immediately if they are available. Otherwise, they are delivered between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm (check-in). Furthermore, they are required at the latest at 1:30 pm (check- out), but guests can stay in the facilities until 10:00 pm.

Otherwise, they are delivered between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm (check-in). Furthermore, they are required to be left between 2:00 and 2:30 pm (check- out), but guests can stay in the facilities until 10:00 p.m.
  • Staying in the cabin after check-out time (2:00 p.m.) has an additional cost of $20,000 per hour. This must be authorized by the administration.
  • Guests should not make any noise that may disturb people who are resting, especially after 10 pm.

  • If you decide to extend your stay, you must coordinate in advance with the reservations department.

  • Pets are allowed in our facilities and must be taken good care of by their owners at all times. They must not be on the sidewalks around the pool, in the restaurant area at meal times or make use of the beds in the cabins.

  • The only sound systems allowed in the common areas are those of the establishment. Guests can make use of their sound systems only in their rooms without disturbing their neighboring hotel guests.

  • Taking drinks, food or liquors from outside in the inn is not allowed. In case it happens, a fare will be charged for alcoholic drinks as follows: half a bottle, that is 375 ml, $ 25,000; a bottle, that is 750 ml, $ 50,000; $75,000 per liter and $100,000 per a 2,000 ml.-bottle.

  • Smoking is prohibited in the hotel rooms, according to Resolución 1956 from March 30, 2008 by the Ministry of Social Protection. Smoking in the room may generate a 348,000 COP fine. There are smoking areas outside the hotel.

  • Damage caused to the inn facilities by guests will be charged at check-out.

  • The hotel is responsible only for objects deposited with the administration.

  • When leaving the room always remember to turn off lights, air conditioning and television. Please also check that the shower and sink faucets are closed.

  • Please do not go to the dining room in a bathing suit, wet shorts or without a shirt.

  • Visitors are not allowed in the room. They will be only allowed in some of the hotel facilities only until 6:00 p.m. with prior authorization from the administration.

  • Follow the recommendations of the pool and jacuzzi regulations found at the entrance.

  • Reservations will only be acknowledged and confirmed when proof of payment is received via WhatsApp or email.

  • The cabin fridge (minibar) is for the exclusive use of the products provided by the hotel. Otherwise we may restrict its use.

  • Failure to comply with the above clauses may lead to expelling guests from the facilities and consequently no money will be returned.

In Tonusco Campestre Inn, the prevention and control of COVID-19 is carried out from the entrance to our facilities, a strategy for cleaning and disinfection as follows:

Use of mask

The use of a mask is mandatory for our guests and visitors; The Inn delivers a kit consisting of a mask and a disinfectant solution.

A physical distance of 2 meters between each person is suggested.
